Return Policy

Lavender and Canvas stands by our goods, and holds your satisfaction as our highest goal. Any item found unsatisfactory on inspection should be returned in unused condition within 10 days from receipt with all tags for replacement or full refund of product price; shipping costs and adjustments are not reimbursed. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.

Custom goods will not be accepted back and are considered to be final sale.

If you wish to return any item, please complete the following steps so that we may respond promptly. No return or exchange authorization code is necessary.

1. Please send an email to riley@lavenderandcanvas.com with your order number before sending anything back to us in the mail. You can also reach us by calling: 805.492.3703

2. After you contact Lavender and Canvas and we have determined eligibility for return, please indicate on the reverse side of your original packing slip, why the merchandise is being returned.

3. Enclose the packing slip/reorder form inside the parcel. Wrap and tape your parcel securely.

4. Ship, via USPS (United States Postal Service), to:
